I really don’t know a reason why not to get a massage. As you may know by now if you follow my blog I like to promote massage therapy. Most of my clients have tension or stress related issues. Some are recovering from surgery and get a massage to help recover from physical therapy appointments. For what ever reason I find massage to be help full in many ways.
