To Schedule an Appointment
Appointments must be scheduled ahead of time and we do not take walk-in appointments. To check availability and to book your appointment we ask that you please use the online scheduler. Our regular office hours are between 10-7 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 10am – 5pm Friday.
For scheduling, we use Schedulicity available as a free mobile phone app. An online option is also available at Schedulicity.com.
If you have questions about our services please feel free to call our office at (814) 441-0905 or email email@example.com. We will respond to your questions as soon as possible. Using the online scheduler is the fastest way to book and check for availability.
The rates are based on minutes in the room except for the consultation before your initial appointment. Your massage begins at the time of the scheduled appointment and may include the time it takes you to prepare. For late arrivals, your massage will be given for the remaining time of the scheduled booking so that the next client’s appointment is not affected. If you have questions about actual massage time, please contact us. Our rates are,
- 30 minutes – $50 – Great for a quick fix for one area of the body
- 60 minutes – $80 – Typical for a full-body massage
- 90 minutes – $110 – Full-body with additional focus on problem areas
- 120 minutes – $145 – Total immersion for complete relaxation
6 One-hour massages for the price of 5. – $400
Rothrock Massage accepts the following forms of payment:
- MasterCard, Visa, and Discover
- Personal check with valid form of ID
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. A $45.00 fee will be charged for all bounced checks and unpaid balances.
For your First Appointment
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time for your first appointment. During this time, we will discuss your goals such as whether you may simply want to relieve everyday stress and tension, have an area of the body that is causing problems worked on, or would like a therapeutic massage. What particular concerns that you have, the massage techniques that would work best, and your pressure preference will be covered.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointments to fill out your paperwork. New clients should arrive 15-20 minutes early.
Please come to your appointment clean.
Any child under the age of 18 must have consent of his or her parent and have the consenting parent in the room during the massage session.
Rothrock Massage reserves the right to refuse services to anyone that is intoxicated, or shows contraindications of massage.
All sessions are strictly confidential. Any information regarding your health is released only upon written request and your permission.
Your privacy will always be respected. You will be draped or covered while on the table. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.
During the Massage Session
Massage sessions are performed by a professional licensed Massage Therapist.
The Therapist will provide you with information as to how they will be treating you. In addition to a therapeutic session, you will also receive an education as to how your body reacts to stress, tension and injury.
It is important that you keep us informed of your level of comfort; if you are too warm, or too cold, or you would like to be re-positioned.
We encourage client’s comments. Please let the Therapist know before, during and after each session any of your concerns, areas of discomfort, how the session is going, how it went afterwards and if they can do anything to improve.
This is a therapeutic massage. Any sexual misconduct or harassment in either words or action will not be tolerated.
Late for Appointment & Cancellations
If you are late, your massage will be given for the time remaining without a reduction in fee.
We do understand that things come up unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, Rothrock Massage asks that you contact us more than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations may be made by calling our office at 814-441-0905. If we do not answer, please leave a message. We will get back to you and adjust your schedule accordingly. NO-SHOW clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled reserved time.
In the event of bad weather such as snow, please make every attempt to check the forecast ahead of time. We want you to be safe.
