I’m raising my hand before anyone calls me out. During the past year (2020) I have spent too much time sitting on my couch. With that I have noticed thatI’m a bit more sluggish, have stiffer muscles, and less motivation. Shame on me! As I tell my clients a body in motion stays in motion. So it’s time for a change. What can I do to change? Get up, get outside, move about. It’s easier said then done so I’m putting things like “Go outside for a hike” on my calendar. It’s time to reinvent the new me!
